By the end of the day, Ava came back to you nuzzling against you. You petted her head, seeing her blue eyes staring back at your own.
“Hey girl, how was Toothless?” she smiled,
“It was fun, I cant remember the last time I was with him.”
“Probably 6 months ago.” you climbed on her back and soar through the skies. Being up in the sky feels so right to you, you felt like you yourself was a dragon. Closing your eyes, you just lay back enjoying the moment. Ava looked over seeing someone she knew, she did kept quiet for she knew that you knew who it was.
“Never thought I see you again, ____________?” opening your eyes and sitting yourself back up, you looked over seeing Hiccup. You frown a little, not wanting to see him, but on the inside it was the opposite.
“Hi…” Ava wondered what was the matter as she spoke to you.
“Something wrong? I was sure you wanted to see him too?” You didn’t say anything to her, but you didn’t want Hiccup to know your little secret. That was something you never told anyone, including him. Dragons knew, because you can understand them, Vikings well. They believe that if someone has this gift they believe to be a monster a nothing. You petted her head, telling her to go faster. Ava looked at Toothless and nodded for him to follow, with great speed she rushed passed a few boulders and into the clouds. Hiccup was a bit confused by this action. The best thing to do was to follow you. You looked back seeing him following you, well this should be interesting. You told Ava to fly higher into the clouds, she did and flew straight to sea. Hiccup grinned.
“Well bud it looks like she wants us to follow.” he just shook his head and rushed after her. After awhile now, you looked back not seeing him anymore. You let out a sigh of relief, looking down you notice a small island. It looked safe as you landed on the ground. Getting off of Ava, you started taking a nice little walk. Ava followed, but still kept her guard up. Hiccup landed once you were gone and looked around. “Strange island, I don’t believe we have been on this one.” Toothless shrugged his shoulders as he began walking the same route Ava was going through.
“_____________ what has gotten into you?” you sat down once you reach the cliff. The moonlight looked so beautiful in the sky, Ava sat down as well, nudging you.
“I’m sorry Ava, but Hiccup…”
“What about him?” you sigh to yourself. Hiccup and Toothless hid in the bushes hearing you talk. He was a bit confuse to the situation.
“Ava, I cant even look at him anymore. My feelings for him, he cant know about them. He loves Astrid, hell he is even going to marry her as well. I mean..” you led out a few tears down your face. “Its stupid to care and love for someone who doesn’t even see you. All I am is just a hiccup.” wiping the tears away from your face. Ava wrapped her wing around you and telepathy talk to Toothless.
“Get him out of here.” he nodded as he picked Hiccup up, with him struggling a little. He was probably right. Hiccup looked back at you and sigh looking up at Toothless.
“Toothless I don’t know what to do about ___________.” He climbed back on Toothless and flew back to Berk. “A hiccup….that’s what she said.”
“___________ lets go home. You cant stay here.” Ava spoke as you nodded. Climbing on her back, she headed home with lighting speed. Unknown to them, someone was actually living on the island, a certain deranged heard everything.

Warmth (Hiccup X Reader)
"Today's been a long day."
Winter was always tough on Berk. Especially since its nine months of the year. The cold air would bite and snarl sharply at your skin, the sensation of warmth leaving you for the day. You would have to travel for miles to find decent firewood, and it was lucky that your dragons could now help you achieve this instead of just destroy the wood like they used to.
The dragons would help attempt to keep you warm, but it only really worked in the evening. Even though it was even colder at night, the warmth a dragon would give off could help anyone who is cold fall into a peaceful sleep. Most of the time, you'd be curlin

One in the Same (Hiccup x Reader) Chapter Three
I walked into the cave. “Dark Sky! Blink! I brought food!” I call out. “Mmm! I can smell it!” Dark Sky sniffed the air. I laughed as the dragons clawed open the barrel and started wolfing down the fish. “Woah, woah! Slow down! This has to last you breakfast, lunch, and dinner!” Dark stared at me a minute then swallowed another fish. I grabbed some bread and two apples. “I’m gonna go have lunch with Toothless!” I called as I picked up the bag of fish at the entrance of the cave. Dark Sky pushed her head under my arm and sniffed the bag. She looked up at me with big shiny eyes. “Where

Cold (Hiccup X Reader)
It was cold.
Very, very cold.
So cold when you woke up this morning your dragon Flik the Monstrous Nightmare had grown icicles on its wings.
You cursed Jack Frost for this ridiculous weather! It wasn't snowing (yet), but it was extremely windy, and there wasn't any sunshine at all. Just thick, grey clouds.
You tried dressing warmer, but that didn't help either. It was still cold, and your dragon couldn't take it much longer either.
So here you here, inside your house, in your room, covered in large blankets and your dragon lighting a fire to keep you warm. You sat nearby, trying to keep warm. You leaned against Flik's side, it felt incre
