As the moon, the fire was out which everything was dark, except for the moon. Scar finally found the girl. He orders the shadows to get the girl and leave. As the shadows were coming up to the girl. Gavin woke up from the sudden chill and saw that the shadows came out. He swoop down and started attacking the shadows while shrieking, Arthur woke up from Gavin as so did you. You saw the shadows fighting with Gavin. Until Gavin was hit and smack against the tree. Arthur got up and started attacking them with spells that he knew. You crawl over to Gavin to see if he was alright, but unknown to you something was right behind you as they wrap their hands around you and was pulling you away. You scream as the sudden frightfulness came in, you try moving out of their grip, but no matter what they were very tricky which made you scared.

"Arthur!"

You scream as you were being taken away. Arthur turn around seeing the shadows taking you away, as Arthur was trying to get to you; one of the shadows got him by the throat and started choking him. Gavin saw his master in trouble and started to get up and flew over to the shadow attacking it so that his master can be free. As the shadow let go Arthur ran to you as he was saying something that only he knew. Scar was watching from beyond seeing that his plan was working, until he saw something bright flash that all the shadows started to disappear. Scar was upset about this so he vanishes to tell the king what has happen. As the shadows were gone you were drop to the ground shaking with fear. Arthur ran to you and fell on his knees as he was hugging you protectively.

They must have come for her…Gavin was right she was sent here for something and someone wants her

"Arthur…" you shiver as you were scared, Arthur caresses your back as he was whispering in her ear.

"Shh…it's okay _____________ their gone" he started humming a tune to you which made you feel better and you rested on his chest as he was rocking you back and forth slowly. For a while Gavin was looking at his master seeing that __________ was scared he knew that someone wanted her for something, but he can't put his feather on it. For a while as Arthur was still humming he picks you up and walk over to the tree and sat down. As he look down at you face you were already asleep. He laid you agents his chest as he moves your hair out of your face.

I won't let anything happen to you…I vow to protect you

Arthur came down and kisses you on the forehead softly and lay back against the tree until morning reach. Gavin just watch from above that his master was starting to have feelings for the girl, he wonders if she will stay or just go. As he gotten cozy into his area he also fell asleep.

As Scar ran inside the throne room, Ivan saw this and was not happy with the result.

"Scar where is the girl?" sounding impatient

"Well you see your highness the boy that she was with…he is a magician which cause our shadows to disappear"

"How can someone do that…no one knows that spell, but me" he said as his fist was clinging to the chair.

"Well maybe he is different from the others" Scar said as the king was starting to laugh evilly.

"Well then…I just have to see this for myself" Ivan said as he was getting off his throne and walking outside with Scar following him he chuckle as the thought came to him.

AS Arthur awoke he look down seeing your sleeping face, he brush through your hair with his fingers.

You're so beautiful…I have never met someone who was this kind and pure

Arthur stop once he saw you flinching, he smile once he saw your waking face, as you got up you saw that Arthur was smiling at you as you smile back at him.

"Good morning _________"

"Good morning to you as well Arthur" you said as if something was troubling you, Arthur seem to notice and then ask.

"Is something bothering you love?"

"Well it's just that last night frighten me and well I just don't want them to come back, but then you did something which made them leave…what did you do?" you asked as he was sighing.

"Well it's sort of a spell I learn that I found in the water, at first I thought it was something dangerous, but then when I tried it out I saw that it was a very powerful spell that was used against the shadows"

"Do you think the shadows can learn that spell?"

"I highly doubt that love"

"Okay then, so do you want to get some food?" he nodded and he went to grab Gavin from the tree and told him to find some food for himself as he flew away, both of them went to the forest.

As Ivan and Scar appear in the darker forest, they saw that the girl and the boy were getting some apples.

"So this is the boy whose knows the spell"

"Yes your majesty"

"Hmm this amuses me that a boy can learn such a powerful spell"

"Well what are you going to do about the boy?" Scar said as he was moving away from the sunlight.

"It's too bad that he will be killed" he grins as he watches the two pick apples.

As Arthur was done eating his apple he saw that you were a little bit upset as you were kneeling on the ground while holding your apple. He walked up to you and sat down as his touch your hand. You look up seeing Arthur smiling at you as you started to blush.

"____________ do you like this place?" he asked as you began to smile a little.

"It's really lovely and peaceful here"

Then will you stay with me

"I'm glad you like it here" Arthur brought you into a hug as he was comforting you, you hug him back feeling the warmth come off of him, they stay like that for a few minutes until Gavin came down and landed on Arthur shoulder, they broke the hug and Arthur petted his head.  

"We shall be going now master?"

"Yes you are right about that" Gavin flew off of him and was flapping in the sky. Arthur got up and asks for your hand. You offer your hand to his and he took it to pull you up, you brushed off your dress and started following Gavin as Arthur was right next to you. Unknown to them Ivan and Scar were watching to whole time, as they vanish from thin air.
